Take notice that on July 24, 2024 Town Council approved amendments to the Land Use Bylaw and Municipal Planning Strategy as follows:
Rezone Lot 1-A Main Street (PID 60658069) from Commercial General Zone to Residential Multi-Unit Zone. This decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (phone 902-424-4448) by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by the Council of an adjacent Municipality within fourteen (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
